Q & E Tip: Use Mellon Baller for uniform Coconut Cookies

Whipping up some coconut banana cookies for tonights gathering! Yummy...give them a try.

Wet Ingredients:
1 Banana- smashed
2 T. Maple Syrup
1 tsp. Vanilla1/3 c. Melted Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp. Almond Flavoring

Dry Ingredients:
2 c. Almond Flour
1c. Grated Coconut- Make sure it does NOT have propylene glycol in it, I looked for coconut at cub and all of it had propylene glycol in, unbelievable!
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

Blend all wet ingredients. In separate bowl mix all dry ingredients. Pour wet into dry, mix well, form into balls. Q & E Tip use a mellon baller to make quick and uniform cookie balls, pat down lightly and bake at 350 until golden brown about 12-15 minutes!  Enjoy!

If you can bring yourself back to the present moment and pause to see how your food aligns with you deep in your core, you’ll find that you have the tools to know what is truly healthy and satisfying for you. Finding the right nutritionist in NYC is more than just identifying one you believe will give you the right advice on what to eat. Just as important, this nutritionist should be able to show you how to eat.
